This form includes details regarding the desired location, size, type (chalet, apartment, or multi-family home), parking situation, and the desired age of the property. Additional information we require includes the investment volume, specific requests, and details regarding the buyer. Please note that we handle new projects with a total volume of 3 million CHF or more (including the property) and renovation projects starting at 150,000 CHF.
