Do you dream of an apartment or house designed from top to bottom exactly to your specifications? Do you have a passion for a particular theme that you’d like to see reflected in the design of your home? Or do you have expectations that go beyond what conventional service providers offer? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’ve come to the right place.
We specialize in transforming your home into a dream home. We guide you from the initial idea to the turnkey handover—with the highest standards of quality, design, and individuality.
If you do not yet own a home, we will handle the search, evaluation, and acquisition of a suitable property according to your requirements in the German-speaking Alpine region (with a special focus on the Bernese Oberland).
Specifically, we offer the following services:
Renovations, additions, and expansions: The uniqueness of your home begins with the floor plan, which we define according to your wishes. This includes needs assessment, idea development, architectural design studies, consultation, planning, as well as all work related to building permits, execution, and final inspection of the construction measures.
Interior Design: The joy of living comes from surrounding yourself with furnishings that reflect your taste, your desires, and your standards of quality. That is why we evaluate, source, and place furnishings such as custom-made furniture, rare designer pieces, artwork, personalized decorative items, and much more only after we have fully understood your needs.
Landscaping and outdoor design: We design not only your home but also the surrounding area entirely according to your individual wishes. This includes the evaluation and implementation of construction measures on the property, such as the creation of lawns and garden areas, the construction of terraces, seating lounges, hot tubs/whirlpools, outdoor kitchens, and barbecue areas, as well as the installation of automated sun protection systems and operational infrastructure.
Design of building services: To ensure your ultimate living comfort, we evaluate and implement technical solutions according to your preferences, such as heating, ventilation, lighting, and blind systems, as well as optimal Wi-Fi coverage, cleaning robots, security and control systems, and other smart home solutions.
